Hammer Crusher2

The hammer crusher primarily achieves material reduction through the high-speed rotation and impact of its hammerheads against the stone. Further crushing occurs through inter-particle collision—where stones strike one another—and as material passes through the clearance between the hammerheads and the screen grate. The crushed material is discharged through the screen bottom, yielding a product with uniform and adjustable particle size. Characterized by high output, simple operation, and the ability to crush a wide variety of stone types, this machine is a widely utilized crusher in the building materials market, mining industry, and construction sector, and is highly acclaimed by customers.
